Superstores
Our Superstores offer a wide range of city bikes, electric bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes, road bikes, bike parts, cycling accessories and cycling clothing. You can try out all the bikes on our test track, and in most cases you can take your new bike home within one hour.
Service points
Our Service Points are the go-to place for bike maintenance and repairs carried out by our bike mechanics. You can also go there to pick up an order, ask questions about your purchase, bring a product for warranty and, of course, exchange or return your purchase.

Mantel Exchange Service
If, after a few miles, you should find that you and your bike are not a perfect match, you can usually exchange the bike within 30 days for a fee.
